Our family of three operates a traditional herding, breeding and heritage cheese and dried meats operation in Castropignano, Italy. Founded in 1994, we conduct research in the preservation of heritage agricultural practices and products of the Molise region. We sell artisan cheeses to high-end restaurants and gourmet groceries, as well as local individuals. Our passion is in preserving the old ways.
