On our farm we steward dairy sheep, dairy cows, horses, Maremma Abruzzese sheepdogs, Border Collies, cats, chickens and pigs. Our day begins by grazing sheep along the old drover's paths followed by milking and producing cheeses.

 

Some of the land is sown for hay and cereals and we also have a vegetable garden. We produce our own sausages, bread, pizza, pasta, jams, pickles, tomato sauce etc; we pick herbs and cut wood for our own use. In our workshop we make and use all of the equipment that we need; this includes carpentry tools, TIG, MIG, MMA welders, plasma cutter, plumbing and electrician tools, as well as mechanic machinery.
