Preserving the techniques of centuries of family farmers and diffusing these practices and techniques through our teaching efforts is one of our primary missions. We host passionate students from around the world of all ages who, by learning traditional methods, bring new techniques to their home regions. These techniques represent innovations that have existed only at a local level here in Molise, but that are capable of solving local needs in different parts of the world where they are unknown.

Breeding animals for meat is very different than for dairy. There are many things to know and prepare for to ensure successful products and a healthy herd. We share our vast knowledge and many years of experience. Our class offers students a hands-on experience within our dairy operation.
